Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior IT leadership role to steer enterprise digital workplace initiatives and own Microsoft 365 platforms across the organization. The role combines hands-on technical work with people leadership, guiding admins and cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable collaboration solutions.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Microsoft 365, IAM, and governance in regulated or large-scale environments, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or a related field required.
• Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 10+ years of experience in IT systems administration, digital workplace technology, or Microsoft 365 platform ownership.
• A minimum of 7 years administering Microsoft 365 services.
• 5+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 2+ years of experience directly managing or leading technical staff.
• Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on technical work with people leadership.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide deployments or enhancements of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and related AI and automation tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments with 1,000+ users.
• Experience working in hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience in regulated industries with knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Strong analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
• Expertise in platform governance, integration, and responsible AI adoption.

• Play a strategic, hands-on role in advancing Empower’s enterprise digital workplace experience.
• Optimization and expansion of collaboration tools, identity and access management, AI-powered productivity solutions, and intelligent automation.
• Leads a team of administrators while personally driving high-impact initiatives across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and legacy business systems.
• Ensures seamless integration, scalable adoption, secure access, and continuous innovation.
• Combines direct technical ownership with people leadership.
• Embeds responsible AI capabilities, automation, and Zero Trust security principles into everyday workflows.
• Helps build a high‑performing team and a flexible, secure, productive, technology-enabled environment.
