An international, private-equity-backed industrial platform is seeking a Manager – Value Creation & Integration to join its high-performing team. The business brings together specialist B2B services and industrial companies across Europe, driving operational excellence, integration, and long-term value creation.

The Opportunity

This newly created role will sit at the heart of post-acquisition integration and group-wide value creation initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Growth & Value Creation, you’ll work closely with senior management across multiple portfolio companies, supporting integration, synergy capture, and operational improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple integration and value-creation projects across European businesses
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable workstreams with clear KPIs, milestones, and financial outcomes
• Support delivery of initiatives across pricing, procurement, operations, reporting, and cross-selling
• Partner with local management to identify, quantify, and deliver measurable EBITDA and cash improvements
• Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for senior leadership and investors

Experience & Profile

• 3–5 years’ experience in strategy consulting, ideally from a top-tier firm (MBB or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and project management skills; able to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
• Exposure to post-merger integration, value creation, or transformation projects preferred
• Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders and manage relationships across functions
• Fluent in English and German; additional European languages a plus
• Willingness to travel across Europe (20–30%)
