A leading sports brand seeks a Manager, Integrated Retail for its Berlin office. You will lead the Retail Brand team for Germany & Nordics, managing cross-functional teams to drive retail marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include adapting global strategies for local markets, overseeing budgets, and ensuring brand excellence across all retail touchpoints. As Manager, Integrated Retail, Retail Brand you will lead the Retail Brand team Germany & Nordics, as part of the Integrated Retail team and report directly into the Director, Integrated Retail Germany & Nordics. In this role you will be based in Berlin and partner with the territory VM&S and EKIN (product education and trialing activation) teams, Brand Management, Nike Direct and Sales teams. You’ll also collaborate closely with the EMEA Retail Brand, Experience and Brand Creative teams as well as a cross functional team from Merchandising and Supply Chain to deliver seasonal sport and lifestyle campaigns that elevate Nike’s brand distinction across Nike Direct stores and wholesale partners.

You’ll drive the integrated retail marketingand consumer activationoffense for Germany & Nordics, ensuring every retail touchpoint reflects Nike’s brand prioritiesin sport and sport culture – lead by innovation, athletes and sport moments, activated with communities and amplified with media, energy and entertainment in close collaboration with the functional teams. You’ll lead seasonal briefs, adapt EMEA strategies, and manage territory-led initiatives to create Nike-only distinction at scale.
