Pinterest seeks a Lead Marketing Data Science leader in Germany to build and expand a high-performing team and deliver ROI-focused insights. You will shape the strategy for marketing analytics, oversee models, experiments, and analyses, and present findings to senior leadership.

You will drive Marketing Mix Models, Geo-Testing, and Incrementality initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional partners to maximize marketing impact while maintaining a flexible remote work culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field with 5+ years of data science leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and R; strong statistical analysis and ML knowledge.
• Experience managing end-to-end data analysis projects and communicating insights to stakeholders.
