Your responsibilities
FX and interest rate risk
  • Run the daily Treasury FX book, including exposure monitoring, trade execution support and position reporting.
  • Develop and refine hedging strategies for FX and interest rate risks together with senior colleagues and business units.
  • Own the day to day relationship with our core banks’ FX and IR desks and challenge pricing, structures and ideas.
Funding, liquidity and investing
  • Act as key contact for arranger, paying agent and dealer banks under our ECP program.
  • Coordinate the utilization of central financing facilities and ensure efficient short-term funding.
  • Steer short-term cash management and investments with a clear risk/return and liquidity focus.
Digital treasury and stakeholders
  • Drive the digitalization of Financial Risk Management and reporting (dashboards, automation, data quality).
  • Contribute to the setup, enhancement and maintenance of the treasury management system and related interfaces.
  • Work closely with Market Risk, Credit Risk and Controlling to align risk measures, limits and reporting.
Your profile
  • Degree in business administration, finance, economics, mathematics/statistics or related field.
  • First relevant experience in corporate treasury, capital markets, banking (FX/rates desk, treasury, markets), or a similar risk/finance role.
  • Hands on experience with derivatives and hedging (ideally FX and/or interest rate products) and trading of treasury products is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with market data, yield curves and risk metrics.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power Query, VBA, Power BI or Tableau, or similar tools for automation and visualization.
  • “Digital native” mindset: you proactively challenge manual processes and propose data driven, automated solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and experience managing cross divisional stakeholders (e.g. risk, controlling, business units).
  • Exposure to financial markets or a commodity trading environment and understanding of resulting liquidity and margin implications is an advantage.
