Nigel Wright Group seeks an experienced leader to build and scale sourcing, supply chain and operations across international supplier and manufacturing networks.

You will drive supplier negotiations, governance, and continuous improvement, balancing cost efficiency with on-time delivery while collaborating with Product Development, Commercial, Procurement and Leadership teams.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Sourcing or Production.
• Strong exposure to Fashion or comparable consumer-product industries.
• Proven track record of building or scaling processes, teams or supplier structures.
• Deep understanding of supplier management and international manufacturing environments.
• Strong commercial mindset combined with operational execution capabilities.
• Strong AI and digital expertise in implementation, not only in concepts.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on and comfortable working in a dynamic growth environment.
• Experience working with Asian sourcing markets would be advantageous.
