About the Role

We are seeking a Manager Cyber Security Technology (w/m/d) to join our Risk & Regulatory division. This role involves leading cybersecurity consulting projects, managing teams, and developing innovative security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity consulting for clients across various industries, focusing on strategies and technologies including Zero Trust, Digital Identity, and OT/IoT Security.
• Analyze and develop IT concepts, processes, and architectures to ensure client data protection, compliance, and resilient IT/OT infrastructure.
• Plan and execute training sessions, workshops, and produce security reports and recommendations.
• Manage project planning, organization, and execution, guiding teams through all phases and serving as a key client contact.

Qualifications

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Security Management, or related field focusing on IT security.
• Over 4 years of experience in security-relevant technologies, methods, and procedures.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to connect business knowledge with IT and digitalization expertise.
• Experience leading project teams with responsibility, communication skills, and empathy. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel.
