With a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and long-term transformation, the company is now looking to hire a (Senior) Manager Strategic Projects to support its regional strategy and high‑impact transformation initiatives.

About the Role

As (Senior) Manager, Strategic Projects, you will drive key strategic and transformation projects across the region, supporting commercial, organizational, and process‑excellence initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior leadership across Finance, Sales, R&D, Operations, and HR, helping translate strategic priorities into actionable workstreams and delivering tangible business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver strategic and transformation initiatives across Europe & Africa
• Translate strategic priorities into structured workstreams, business cases, and executive‑ready presentations
• Lead cross‑functional projects in commercial excellence, business development, and process optimization
• Support organizational design, operating model development, and performance frameworks
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across markets and functions, ensuring smooth execution

What You Bring

• 2–4 years’ experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy/project management
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and project management skills
• Confident communicator able to manage senior stakeholders
• Structured, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience in industrial sectors (manufacturing/chemicals) is a plus, but not required
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel
