Job summary

Synpulse Group is seeking a Manager in its Core Banking Avaloq practice to lead complex transformation programs and modernization for top-tier German banks. You will bridge business strategy and Avaloq technology while delivering client value.

This role supports BD/CD activities, leading teams, and building executive relationships across Germany, with flexible hybrid work and project-based setup.

This role is open across Germany. We are looking for suitable profiles nationwide. Thanks to our flexible working models and project-based setup, you can be based anywhere in Germany. Travel requirements depend on client needs and project phases, not on proximity to a specific office location.

As a Manager in our Core Banking Avaloq practice, you will take a leading role in steering and delivering complex core banking transformation, modernization, and digitalization initiatives for top-tier financial institutions in Germany. You will bridge the gap between business strategy, banking operations, and Avaloq technology solutions.

In addition to project delivery, you will actively drive Business Development (BD) and Client Development (CD) within the German banking sector by identifying new opportunities, shaping tailored pitches, and building long-term executive relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior banking stakeholders and play a key role in leading high-performing teams and growing our core banking practice.
