Exyte seeks a Commissioning Manager to join our quality and commissioning team. You will plan and lead the full commissioning cycle across levels 1–5, coordinating contractors, OEMs, engineering teams and clients to ensure tests, documentation and approvals are completed on time.

With a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and extensive leadership in commissioning—especially in data centers or complex environments—you will drive cross‑functional collaboration, ensure safety and regulatory

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related fields.
• Extensive commissioning experience including senior/leadership roles.
• Expertise in commissioning procedures, standards and certification.
• Experience with data centers or complex technical environments.

• Lead the full commissioning process (Level 1–5) with planning, scheduling, execution and QA.
• Coordinate internal and external partners, contractors, OEMs, engineers and client.
• Review and approve designs, specs and test procedures for all MEP systems.
• Execute and supervise functional, integration and load tests and resolve issues.
• Oversee commissioning documentation, testing sequences and progress against EHS requirements.

As a Commissioning Manager, you will be part of our quality & commissioning team and with your technical knowledge & project management expertise you will ensure projects are planned and managed in a coordinated manner through all levels of commissioning.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Lead the full commissioning process (Level 1–5), including planning, scheduling, execution, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate all internal and external partners , including contractors, OEMs, engineering teams and client
• Review and approve technical designs, specifications and test procedures for all MEP systems
• Execute and supervise functional, integration and load tests, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Oversee all commissioning arrangements, testing sequences, documentation, and progress tracking, ensuring full compliance with EHS requirements and effective const control.
• Oversee the closure of all observations, non-conformities, and commissioning-related issues to the full satisfaction of the client and the organization.

Show Your Expertise

• Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical), Science & Technology, or related disciplines.
• Many years of experience in commissioning, including proven success in a senior commissioning or leadership role.
• Strong expertise in commissioning procedures, legal standards, and certification requirements.
• Demonstrated experience with commissioning of Data Centers or similarly complex technical environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with the project team and client representatives
