As a leader, you will shape AI strategy, govern enterprise AI standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable business value while aligning with executive priorities.

• Strong background in business operations, digital transformation or process optimization.
• Hands-on experience applying AI or automation in real business environments.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into structured solutions.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, process mining, or intelligent automation.
• Ownership mindset — you drive topics from idea to production.
• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, PLM, BI).
• Startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment experience.
• Background in consulting, product management or operations.

• Develop reusable architectural and process patterns to scale AI capabilities Ownership, Cross Functional Leadership & Governance
