• Lead and develop the BIM team, fostering technical growth and collaboration• Define and implement BIM strategies, standards, and workflows across projectsversee BIM execution plans and ensure alignment with project goals and client requirements
• Coordinate BIM activities across disciplines and project phases
• Serve as the primary point of contact for BIM-related topics with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners
• Ensure model quality, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards
• Evaluate and integrate new digital tools and technologies (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks)
• Support business development and proposal efforts with BIM expertise

Show your expertise

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience in BIM project execution and leadership, ideally in an international context
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC, and other relevant BIM tools
• Proven experience in team leadership and strategic BIM implementationStrong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
