In dieser Rolle koordinieren Sie strategische Initiativen, erstellen Berichte für die Geschäftsführung und bündeln Forschungs- sowie Entwicklungsaktivitäten in interdisziplinären Teams – mit Verantwortung, Diskretion und dem Ziel, spürbare Auswirkungen zu erzielen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium in Naturwissenschaften, idealerweise Biotechnologie/Medizintechnik.
• Doktorat ist willkommen, aber kein Muss.
• Zweite Führungsausbildung (z. B. MBA) von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Strategische Ziele in umsetzbare Initiativen überführen mit Priorisierung und messbaren Outcomes.
• Wissenschaftliche Literatur, Forschungsdaten und Versuchsergebnisse analysieren.
• Kalender, Termine und Geschäftsreisen koordinieren, effizient vorbereiten.
• Berichte, Decision Briefs und wissenschaftliche Assessments für das Management erstellen.
• Forschungsfragen, Entwicklungsziele, Arbeitspakete und Meilensteine strukturieren.
• Interdisziplinäre F&E-Projekte koordinieren, Deliverables, Zeitpläne und KPIs verfolgen.
• Zusammenarbeit zwischen Forschung, Technik, Verwaltung, Regulierung und Qualität steuern.
• Wissenschaftsroadmaps und Technologiebentwicklungsstrategien unterstützen.
• Dokumentation, Wissensmanagement und digitale Arbeitsabläufe etablieren.
• Vertrauliche Korrespondenz auf Deutsch und Englisch mit höchstem Diskretionsniveau managen

What to expect

• Turn strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, clear priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Analyze scientific literature, research data, and experimental results.
• Proactively coordinate calendars, meetings, and business travel with a strong focus on preparation and efficiency.
• Prepare scientific assessments, technical reports, and decision briefs for executive management.
• Structure research questions, development objectives, work packages, and milestones.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary R&D projects and track deliverables, timelines, and KPIs.
• Coordinate collaboration between research, engineering, administration, regulatory, and quality.
• Support the development of scientific roadmaps and technology development strategies.
• Establish structured research documentation, knowledge management, and digital workflows.
• Prioritize and manage confidential correspondence in German and English with the highest level of discretion and professionalism

What you bring to the table

• At least a completed master's or diploma degree in natural sciences in the fields of biotechnology/medicine or medical technology. A doctorate is a welcome addition.
• Optional an additional executive qualification, e.g. MBA or equivalent further education/qualification
• At least two years of experience in a technical-innovative environment and proven experience in coordinating challenging projects
• Excellent ability to plan, prioritize and manage innovative interdisciplinary projects and workflows in a structured manner
• Expertise in analytical preparation of information, including KPI monitoring and decision support at executive level
• Preparation of high-level reports, "decision briefs" and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Highest discretion in the handling of sensitive business and technical information.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and stakeholder management skills
• Confident, professional appearance and proactive, solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to act responsibly and analytically in interdisciplinary teams
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
