Zusammenfassung

Liv Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Sol38 by Liv, on-site in the Sol38 community. You will perform a range of maintenance tasks to ensure resident satisfaction and quality service, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and coordiation with the team.

The role requires 2+ years in apartment or facilities maintenance, strong knowledge of HVAC/plumbing/electrical, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal Certification is a plus.
• Pool certification and prior multifamily housing experience are a plus.
