Liv Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Sol38 by Liv, on-site in the Sol38 community. You will perform a range of maintenance tasks to ensure resident satisfaction and quality service, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and coordiation with the team.
The role requires 2+ years in apartment or facilities maintenance, strong knowledge of HVAC/plumbing/electrical, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather. A valid driver's license is required.
