Job Description

Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the technical and disciplinary management of the Maintenance Department, including leading, motivating, and developing the team
• Ensuring the technical availability and reliability of all production equipment by analyzing and reducing downtime

Your Profile

• Completed technical training or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field, combined with several years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership experience, combined with a structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven working style
• Strong knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• High level of technical expertise and affinity, along with strong organizational skills
• Specific experience with extrusion equipment, blow molding machines, and blow molding technologies

Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is €61,000.00 - €103,700.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between0.00 to0.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
