aku.automation GmbH in Deutschland sucht einen erfahrenen Spezialisten für Bildverarbeitung. Sie entwickeln und programmieren maßgeschneiderte Lösungen mit Halcon oder VisionPro und setzen Systeme industriell ein.

Sie spezifizieren Anwendungen, testen, unterstützen Kundenprojekte und übernehmen Inbetriebnahmen vor Ort sowie Fernzugriff. Reisebereitschaft und fundierte Bildverarbeitungskenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Qualifikationen

• Ausbildung als staatlich geprüfter Techniker oder Hochschulabschluss in Optoelektronik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich.
• Praktische Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme technischer Systeme und in Kundenprojekten.
• Kenntnisse in C#, .NET Core, Deep Learning oder KI-Anwendungen sind von Vorteil.
• Führerschein Klasse B.
• Mehrjährige Praxis in der Entwicklung von Bildverarbeitungslösungen.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklung und algorithmischer Bildverarbeitung.
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Teamfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten beim Kundenkontakt.
• Reisebereitschaft für Inbetriebnahmen und Kundeneinsätze.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Programmierung von individuellen Bildverarbeitungslösungen mit Halcon oder VisionPro.
• Entwurf, Spezifikation und Implementierung von Bildverarbeitungssystemen für industrielle Anwendungen.
• Anpassung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Anwendungen und Algorithmen.
• Eigenständige Durchführung von Funktionstests und Fehleranalysen.
• Integration und Inbetriebnahme von Bildverarbeitungssystemen beim Kunden vor Ort bzw. per Fernzugriff.
• Technische Unterstützung und Begleitung von Kundenprojekten während Inbetriebnahme und Produktion.
• Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien und Entwicklung geeigneter Lösungen.
• Unterstützung bei technischer Projektplanung und Angebotsvorbereitung.
• Dokumentation von Softwarelösungen, Testergebnissen und Projektfortschritt.
• Präsentation von Lösungen und Ergebnissen beim Kunden.

• Development and programming of custom image processing solutions using MVTec Halcon or Cognex VisionPro


• Design, Specification, and Implementation of Image Processing Systems for Industrial Applications


• Adaptation, optimization, and further development of existing applications and algorithms


• Independently conducting functional tests and error analyses


• Integration and commissioning of image processing systems at the customer's site and via remote access


• Technical support and assistance with customer projects during the commissioning and production phases


• Conducting feasibility studies and developing appropriate solutions


• Support with technical project planning and bid preparation

• Presentation of Solutions and Results to the Client

Your profile

• Vocational training as a state-certified technician or a college degree in optoelectronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, or a related field


• Experience in commissioning technical systems and managing customer projects


• Knowledge of C#, .NET (Core), deep learning, or AI applications is a plus


• Class B Driver's License


• Several years of practical experience in the development of image processing applications


• In-depth knowledge of software development and algorithmic image processing


• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work


• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with customers


• Willingness to travel for system commissioning and customer assignments


• Ability to work in a team and commitment
