Zusammenfassung

SYS TEC electronic GmbH sucht eine/n Maschinenbediener/in (m/w/d) im THT/SMD-Bereich am Standort Heinsdorfergrund nahe Reichenbach. Sie arbeiten eigenständig an der THT-Selektivlötmaschine, lesen Montagezeichnungen und setzen Bauteile gemäß Stückliste um.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Elektronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit und arbeiten flexibel im Schichtdienst. Ein offenes Team erwartet Sie mit guten Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektroniker/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Gute Kenntnisse im Bestücken von Leiterplatten und im Löten
• Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in THT- oder SMD-Bereich

Aufgaben

• Bedienen einer THT-Selektivlötmaschine
• Programmierung von Selektivlöten
• Wartung der Maschinen
• Lesen von Montagezeichnungen
• Vorbereiten von THT-Bauteilen
• Platzieren von Bauteilen nach Zeichnungen
• Bestücken von Leiterplatten mit SMD-Bauteilen
• Einrichten von SMD-Platzier- und Reflowanlagen
• Betrieb der SMD-Linie und Störungsbehebung
• Be- und Entladen von Bauteil-Lieferungen gem. BOM
• Prüfung der Arbeits­ergebnisse nach IPC-A-610
• Materialhandling gemäß ESD/MSL/FIFO-Regeln

What sets you apart

• You have successfully completed a vocational training programme as an electronics technician or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have prior experience in selective soldering and hand soldering
• You have practical experience in the assembly of printed circuit boards
• You are open to being trained in your new duties
• You are naturally adept at using standard tools and keeping your workspace tidy
• You have a good understanding of technical matters
• You are quality-conscious and enjoy working as part of a team
• You are willing to work shifts

These are your responsibilities ( depending on your qualifications, you will be assigned to either the THT or SMD department)

• Operating a THT selective soldering machine
• Creating selective soldering programmes
• Carrying out machine maintenance
• Independently reading assembly drawings
• Preparing THT components using machinery or by hand
• Placing components in accordance with assembly drawings
• Assembling printed circuit boards with SMD components
• Setting up SMD placement machines, solder paste printers and reflow ovens
• Operating the SMD line, including troubleshooting
• Loading feeders in accordance with the bill of materials
• Inspection of work results against required quality standards, e.g. IPC-A-610
