Qualifikationen

• 5+ лет опыта в ML/AI/консалтинге/инженерии данных
• Опыт разработки production-grade ML-систем на Python
• Практический опыт с LLMs, Generative AI и архитектурами Transformer
• Опыт работы с PyTorch и/или TensorFlow
• Понимание архитектур AI, MLOps и современного ПО
• Опыт интеграции AI решений через API и развёртывание масштабируемых ML-систем
• Хорошие коммуникативные навыки и презентационные умения
• Знание немецкого и английского языков
• Желателен опыт Hugging Face, pre-sales, Rag с LangChain или LlamaIndex

Aufgaben

• Разработка и поставка масштабируемых AI/ML решений для сложных бизнес-задач.
• Перевод требований клиентов в архитектуры ИИ и готовые к внедрению решения.
• Разработка end-to-end ML-систем с фокусом на LLM и Generative AI.
• Развертывание AI-решений в IT-инфраструктуре предприятия с учётом безопасности и регуляторных требований.
• Проведение технических воркшопов для технических и нетехнических участников.
• Оценка новых ИИ-технологий, инструментов и фреймворков.
• Сотрудничество с командами engineering, product, sales и consulting для формирования возможностей и предварительных продаж.

AI Futures fills the AI skills gap. It has been retained to hire a Senior Machine Learning Consultant for a global technology company headquartered in Germany, which develops AI and ML solutions for enterprise use across healthcare, the public sector, and automotive.

Задачи:

• Design and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions for complex enterprise business problems
• Translate customer requirements into robust AI architectures and production-ready solutions
• Develop end-to-end ML systems focused on LLMs and Generative AI
• Deploy AI solutions into enterprise IT landscapes, considering security, scalability, and regulatory requirements
• Lead technical workshops for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks
• Partner with engineering, product, sales, and consulting teams to shape AI opportunities and support technical pre-sales

Требования:

• 5+ Years' experience across Machine Learning, AI Engineering, Data Science, and/or AI Consulting
• Strong Python skills and experience building production-grade ML systems
• Practical experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and Transformer architectures
• Strong experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
• Strong understanding of AI architecture, MLOps, and modern software engineering
• Experience integrating AI solutions through APIs and deploying scalable ML systems
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills
• German and English
• Nice to have: Hugging Face, technical pre-sales experience, RAG experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex
