Understanding Recruitment is hiring talented Machine Learning Engineers to develop AI for real autonomous systems, with models deployed directly onto UAVs, UGVs and USVs. You’ll work on computer vision, perception, autonomy and ML infrastructure from R&D to hardware deployment.

Join us to build deep learning models, train and evaluate production systems, and optimize for real-time edge performance. You’ll collaborate with teams on data, simulation and scalable pipelines for autonomous platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Strong ML and DL fundamentals.
• Experience with PyTorch or similar frameworks.
• Strong software engineering ability, incl. C++ or Rust.
• Experience developing, training and evaluating production ML models.
• Understanding performance, reliability and real-world engineering trade-offs.

You’ll work on challenging problems across computer vision, perception, autonomy and ML infrastructure - taking ideas from R&D through to deployment on real hardware.
