Job summary

Machine Learning Reply GmbH in Munich seeks a skilled Consultant to support clients with cloud-based data and AI solutions. You will join interdisciplinary teams to design, prototype, and implement AI-driven use cases across industries.

You will work on data modeling, data visualization, and infrastructure tasks, collaborating with clients and Reply colleagues. Fluency in English and German at C1 is required. Flexible, hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Experience and/or interest in artificial intelligence.
• Experience in relational databases and knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Java).
• Experience using LLMs (Agents, RAG, VectorDBs).
• Knowledge of visualization and frontend technologies strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees with strong quantitative background in relevant fields.
• Fluent in English and German at C1 level (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Research and prototype new ideas for disrupting day-to-day operations and create value for clients across industries.
• Implement customer-specific use cases and guide clients through the lifecycle from workshops to implementation.
• Apply skills to help clients improve data usage through data modeling and visualization.

The ideal candidate should have a technical background and be able to provide support to our clients in using cloud-based solutions. Job Requirements

Minimum Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience and/or interest in the area of artificial intelligence.
• Experience in relational databases & knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in at least one additional programming language (e.g. Python, Java, …).
• Experience using LLMs (Agents, RAG, VectorDBs, …).
• Knowledge of visualization and frontend technologies strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree and a strong quantitative background, for example, in Business Informatics, Business Science (with an additional background in Informatics), Computer Science, or Data Science.
• Fluent in English and able to speak German at least at a C1 Level. This requirement is mandatory.

Desired

• Experience in cloud infrastructure development and management
• Experience in the consulting industry
• Knowledge of technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, or Spark is a plus.
• Interest in (agile) project management.
