Dartmouth Partners is partnering with a leading private equity investor to build a best-in-class professional services group through an ambitious buy-and-build strategy across Germany. We are seeking a skilled M&A professional to identify opportunities and drive value across the deal lifecycle.

You will manage due diligence, negotiations, and execution, coordinate advisers and stakeholders, and prepare materials for investment committees and boards. Fluency in German and English is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3-6 years in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, Transaction Services, or M&A Advisory.
• Proven transaction experience across multiple deal processes.
• Fluent German and English; Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

What We're Looking For

• 3-6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, Transaction Services, or M&A Advisory
• Proven transaction experience with exposure to multiple deal processes
• Commercial mindset and ability to assess strategic fit and growth opportunities
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
