PER is seeking an M&A Expert in Munich to drive the company’s growth through a focused buy-and-build strategy across Germany. You will own transactions from first contact to integration, coordinating with the M&A team and external advisors.

Based in Munich, you will source targets, perform financial modeling, and manage due diligence, negotiations, and post-merger integration while collaborating with founders, operators, and venture investors.

What the job involves

As an M&A Expert, you will be a core contributor to the company’s growth strategy, owning transactions from first contact to integration and helping shape the long-term platform, while getting support from the wider M&A Team where necessary.

Who we are looking for

• First full-time experience in M&A, transaction advisory, venture capital, private equity, or corporate development
• Exposure to healthcareor buy-&-build strategies is a strong plus
• Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment
