Zusammenfassung

avitea Industrieservice GmbH sucht eine erfahrene Führungskraft im Logistikbereich zur operativen Steuerung der Logistikabteilung am Standort Vlotho. Als Team Leader verantworten Sie Personaleinsatz, Prozesse und die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Logistik-Ausbildung bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit und verfügen über Führungs- und Praxis­erfahrung in der operativen Lagerlogistik. Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Logistikbereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Führungs- und Praxis­erfahrung in operativer Lager- oder Kontraktlogistik.
• Erfahrungen in Personal- und Ressourcenplanung sowie technische Mitarbeiterführung.
• Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke.

Aufgaben

• Operatives Tagesgeschäft der Logistikabteilung steuern und Qualität sowie Arbeitsschutz sicherstellen.
• Dienstpläne erstellen und Personalbedarf mit Schichtleitern abstimmen.
• KPI-basiertes Monitoring, Abweichungen früh erkennen und Maßnahmen ableiten.
• Schnittstelle zu Hettich und Projektmanagement sicherstellen und klare Kommunikation gewährleisten.
• Arbeitsabläufe weiterentwickeln, Standards setzen und Neues Mitarbeitenden einarbeiten.

For our subsidiary, avitea Industrieservice GmbH, we are looking to fill a permanent position in the Vlotho area for a Logistics Team Leader (m/f/d).

What awaits you

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the logistics division and will ensure that performance, quality, and workplace safety are maintained.
• You plan staff scheduling in collaboration with the shift supervisors and ensure reliable staffing that meets operational needs.
• You use key performance indicators to manage day-to-day operations, identify deviations early on, and implement appropriate measures in collaboration with your team and project management.
• You serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters with Hettich and ensure clear, reliable communication with project management.
• You will further develop workflows, establish standards, and support the structured onboarding of new employees.

What you should bring

• Completed training in logistics—for example, as a warehouse logistics specialist—as well as advanced training to become a logistics foreman (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification is a plus, but not required
• Don’t have a traditional master’s path? Several years of relevant leadership and hands‑on experience in operational warehouse or contract logistics is also a suitable qualification for us.
• Experience in the technical management of employees as well as in personnel and resource planning
• Proficiency with MS Office
• A hands‑on mindset with a results-oriented and self‑directed approach to work
• Clear communication and good German language skills for coordinating with the team, customers, and project management
