Overview

Logistics Operations Manager (f/m/d) – Fixed Term (2 years contract) – Dahlewitz, near Berlin. An exciting opportunity to join Rolls-Royce in Dahlewitz.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the warehouse, aligning with company goals for supply chain efficiency and cost reduction.
• Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage and optimize material flow to reduce lead times and improve order fulfillment accuracy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• Deliver an HS&E strategy that avoids incidents and harm to our people and products.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulations, including but not limited to customs procedures, product safety standards, labeling requirements, and environmental regulations.
• Implement and maintain robust inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Oversee the effective use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other relevant technologies to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations, such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing WMS and other warehouse technologies.
