B.P.L GmbH cerca un Logistics Coordinator esperto per la sede di Hamburg. Si occuperà di coordinare spedizioni internazionali e flussi di documentazione, con attenzione alle tempistiche stringenti nel settore life science.

Si richiede laurea in logistica e 2–4 anni di esperienza nel trasporto/logistica life science, conoscenza dell'inglese; GDP/Dangerous Goods è un vantaggio e l'ambiente GMP/GDP è preferito. Ruolo in contesto internazionale.

Qualifications

• Laurea in logistica o titolo equivalente preferibile.
• 2–4 anni nel settore Trasporti e Logistica nel life science.
• Ottima attenzione ai dettagli e orientamento al cliente.
• Buona comunicazione in inglese; altre lingue utili.

Responsibilities

• Gestire e coordinare spedizioni internazionali e flussi documentali.
• Mantenere contatto con i clienti (telefono/email) e fornire aggiornamenti sullo stato delle spedizioni.
• Seguire le procedure di lavoro e rispettare il programma di consegna; mantenere contatti con la rete di partner.
• Gestirefatture, spedizioni, costi di spedizione.
• Gestire attività in magazzino: ricezione, controllo batch/temp, stoccaggio e preparazione per la spedizione.

This is you! You are an experienced Logistics Coordinator who makes every effort to ensure that the job gets done. You are passionate about sending life science products. You like to work under high time pressure, take high responsibility and have a great eye for detail. You hold yourself and others accountable and you are very customer focused.

• You manage and coordinate all international shipments and document workflows.


• You maintain contact with customers (phone/email); keep them fully informed of the status of their shipments.


• You strictly follow the work procedures. You follow the delivery schedule, and you maintain contact with the partner network.


• You take care of invoicing, shipments, shipping costs etc.


• You do not mind rolling up your sleeves in the warehouse, to receive goods, inspection based on batch/lot, temperature, place the boxes in storage and prepare it for shipment

What education and skills are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree or comparable in logistics management or a related field is preferred.


• 2-4 years of experience in the Transport and Logistics sector in the lifescience industry.


• Experience in shipping lifescience products such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, samples.


• Knowledge or experience with GDP, Dangerous Goods, is an advantage.


• Experience in a GMP/GDP facility is a preference.


• Languages: English is required. Dutch, French or German is an advantage.


• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.


• High degree of customer focus.


• Very accurate and detailed.
