Job summary

iSi GmbH is offering a Logistics and Supply Chain internship in Darmstadt, Germany. You will assist across the logistics operations, initiate improvement projects, and help shape the company’s future logistics processes.

The role requires a passion for e-commerce, fluent English, and a Bachelor/Master in business or logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is expected, with opportunities for growth and hands-on experience.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Taking on different responsibilities within the logistics department, including processing orders, monitoring orders and ensuring fast delivery times, processing complaints and claims as well as communication with stakeholders and LSPs (Logistic Service Providers).
• Analyzing the current logistic processes and finding ways to improve them.
• Providing operational support to the customer service team.
• Clearance sales.
• Starting date: as early as possible.
• Duration: 6 months.

Tasks

As a Logistics and Supply Chain intern, you will assist in performing the whole range of logistics activities that are needed to execute the operational side of a fast-growing e-commerce company. In addition, we value initiative and we are always looking to improve processes. You will therefore have the chance to initiate your own projects along the way.
