Provide 2nd level support for our Ubuntu desktop fleet — from OS and hardware issues to application troubleshooting and peripherals.
Develop and maintain automated configuration management for Linux client systems (e.g. Ansible).
Manage software deployment, package management, and patch cycles across the desktop fleet.
Administer user accounts, permissions, and local policies on Linux endpoints.
Integrate desktop systems into central services (LDAP/AD, SSO, VPN, network storage).
