Polytan GmbH is seeking a seasonal line-marking team member for our Ahrensfelde site. The role involves marking pitches and tracks, preparing paints and equipment, and ensuring accurate line work across multiple sports. You will travel regionally and stay in a caravan as required.

The position is seasonal (April to December) with performance-based earnings. Prior painting/varnishing experience is a plus, and accommodation is provided along with support for a driving licence or language course.

We are looking to recruit a member of our team (seasonal, fixed-term contract) at our Ahrensfelde site to start as soon as possible

What you can expect:

• Marking out synthetic sports pitches and running tracks
• Preparing paints, tools and the line-marking machine
• Measuring out lines for various sports such as football, basketball, volleyball and athletics
• Adjusting the lines and colours in line with specifications and customer requirements
• Operating, cleaning and maintaining the line-marking machine, as well as carrying out finishing touches by hand
• Assisting with the preparation of measurements for the final invoice

What you’ll bring to the role:

• You’re physically fit, have good manual dexterity, are reliable and enjoy getting stuck in
• You’re willing to travel within your region and to stay overnight in a caravan.
• You enjoy working outdoors and as part of a team.
• Initial work experience as a painter and varnisher (m/f/d) or in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential.
• Knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Seasonal, recurring fixed-term employment (annually from around April to December)
• Performance-based, above-average earnings under our piecework system
  (high four-figure monthly salaries are not uncommon)
