A major entertainment company is seeking a fashion-obsessed Licensing Sales Manager in Munich. The candidate will lead Softlines category strategies, manage key retail accounts, and drive business in the EMEA region. Essential qualifications include experience in commercial fashion sales, strong financial skills, and fluency in English. A second European language is preferred. The role offers a hybrid working pattern with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

We’re looking for a fashion‑obsessed Licensing Sales Manager to grow our Softline business across EMEA, managing key retail partners and driving trend‑led category strategies. If you’re plugged into influencers, street style and fashion culture‑and can turn consumer insight into commercial results—you’ll thrive here.
You will lead trend‑led category strategy across apparel licensing, shaping Fashion Partnerships with key EMEA retailers and licensees to drive revenue, margin and brand influence. Deeply connected to High Street Fashion and Fast Fashion, you’ll track influencer trends, streetwear and social commerce, turning consumer insights into joint business plans, omnichannel/ecommerce campaigns and retail marketing that converts.
Fluent English is essential; a second European language is strongly preferred.
