Zusammenfassung

TP is seeking a customer claims representative to serve as the first contact for auto insurance inquiries, document claims, and coordinate support across the claim lifecycle.

You will assist clients with arranging repairs and rental cars, communicate with medical and legal professionals as needed, and collaborate with adjusters to move cases forward efficiently. A valid Adjuster license and strong CS skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Active Adjuster license and a high school diploma.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Able to work remotely on Windows-based systems.
