Aston Carter is seeking a Paralegal-level professional to support enterprise-wide contracting initiatives in a hybrid environment. You will partner with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, and business stakeholders to manage contracts and related documentation.

Responsibilities include drafting amendments and contract summaries, tracking obligations and renewals, and maintaining contract records across systems.

Legal Contracts Specialist | Hybrid

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Are you an experienced Paralegal or Contract Management professional looking to leverage your expertise in a large corporate environment? Our client is seeking a Paralegal to support enterprise-wide contracting initiatives, partnering closely with Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders.

• Review and manage commercial contracts and related documentation
• Draft amendments, notices, and contract summaries
• Support contract remediation and repapering projects
• Track contract obligations, renewals, and key milestones

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
