Freudenberg Group is seeking a results-driven Operational Excellence professional to lead Lean initiatives across operations and support functions. The role focuses on eliminating waste, driving digital solutions, and mentoring Green Belts, with emphasis on sustaining improvements.

You will collaborate with IT and engineering to scale solutions, contribute to the OPEX roadmap, and share best practices across sites and divisions. Strong English skills are preferred in a global environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
• Industry-relevant professional experience.
• Relevant certifications, system experience, and training.
• Professional-Level English language skills preferred.
