Zusammenfassung

Höganäs Germany GmbH sucht eine/n Industriemeister/Techniker zur Koordination und Weiterentwicklung des Lean Systems am Standort. Sie coachen Führungskräfte, schulen Organisationen in Lean-Methoden und unterstützen Fachbereiche bei Optimierungen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören 5S-Audits, Auswertung von Lean-Kennzahlen und die Begleitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen im gesamten Unternehmen. Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten runden das Profil ab.

Qualifikationen

• Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister oder Techniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.
• Kenntnisse im Lean Management, KVP und Changemanagement wünschenswert.
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie grundlegende Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Koordination und Unterstützung des Lean Managements am Standort.
• Coaching der Führungskräfte und Schulung der Organisation in Lean-Methoden.
• Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei Verbesserungspotentialen und Begleitung der Umsetzung.
• Planung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von 5S-Audits inkl. Auditberichte.
• Erhebung, Analyse und Auswertung von Lean-Kennzahlen zur Berichterstattung.

About the Position

• Koordination und Unterstützung des Lean Managements am Standort Laufenburg sowie Pflege und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des lokalen Lean Systems.


• Coaching der Führungskräfte und Schulung der gesamten Organisation im Verständnis und in der Anwendung von Lean-Methoden und -Werkzeugen.


• Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Identifikation von Verbesserungspotentialen sowie aktive Begleitung der Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen.


• Planung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von 5S-Audits einschließlich der Erstellung aussagekräftiger Auditberichte.


• Erhebung, Analyse und Auswertung von Lean-Kennzahlen zur Erfolgsmessung sowie zur internen Berichterstattung.

Ihr Profil

Sie haben eine Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister oder Techniker abgeschlossen oder verfügen über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung. Idealerweise bringen Sie Kenntnisse im Lean Management, KVP und Changemanagement mit. Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie grundlegende Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr fachliches Profil ab. Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Ihre strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Ihre ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Ihre Fähigkeit, Menschen für Veränderungen und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen zu begeistern. Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative zeichnen Sie aus.
