We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead System Engineer (d/f/m) to join our dynamic team in the Airbus Defence and Space Team, for upcoming and existing projects from German and international Customers. The successful candidate will lead a technical team across multiple sites, overseeing system breakdown, requirements engineering, testing, and planning while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Reporting to the Chief Engineer and line management, this role requires strong decision-making, self-organization, and the ability to motivate others in a fast-paced, agile environment.
