We are seeking a Lead Solution Architect to drive the architecture and strategic development of our Oracle Fusion ERP projects. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to executive management, lead complex implementations, and shape the future of our Oracle Fusion practice.

This position is ideal for seasoned professionals who thrive on responsibility, strategic decision-making, and working directly with C-level executives.

Your Responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of the functional and technical solution architecture for complex Oracle Fusion ERP projects.
• Analyze and structure demanding customer requirements to deliver robust, scalable end-to-end solutions.
• Represent solution architecture confidently to customers, stakeholders, and management.
• Provide realistic assessments of effort, risks, dependencies, and resources to guide decision-making.
• Lead and support project teams during critical project phases.
• Develop and maintain architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with executive management on strategic initiatives.
• Support pre-sales activities and tender processes, demonstrating your expertise externally.
