As a Lead Account Solution Engineer specializing in Healthcare & Life Sciences, you are a strategic partner to Account Executives. You help German HLS organizations—from innovative MedTech scale-ups to global Life Sciences leaders—solve mission-critical challenges using AI + Data + CRM. In the age of AI, you aren't just presenting software; you are helping companies transition to a truly patient-centric model. By leveraging Agentforce for Life Sciences, you help customers augment their workforce and automate complex processes, ensuring they can focus on what matters most: the patient.
MedTech and Life Sciences companies are at a crossroads. They are moving away from being mere "equipment providers" or "pill manufacturers" toward becoming patient-centric partners. Your work matters because you provide the bridge. By using Agentforce for Life Sciences to augment and automate work, you help these companies reclaim time and resources, allowing them to deliver better outcomes and more personalized care at scale.
Success in this role is when an HLS leader stops seeing Salesforce as a CRM and starts seeing it as the operating system for their patient-centric future. You win when the customer has the confidence to automate a critical process because you proved it could be done safely, intelligently, and with the patient's journey at the center.
The German HLS sector is where high-stakes innovation meets a deeply personal impact. You join a diverse powerhouse of nine Solution Engineers who bridge the gap between deep industry heritage and cutting-edge technology. You will work with customers who are reimagining everything from market development and clinical trials to commercial excellence and post-sales services. We don't only teach product—we develop Solution Engineers into Industry Leaders. You will practice in "Safe-to-Fail" environments (peer-to-peer pitches) and receive coaching designed to sharpen your strategic judgment. As a Lead SE, you will also have the opportunity to mentor talent, shaping the next generation of HLS experts while receiving direct mentorship from leadership to prepare you for your own next career milestone.
