Exyte is seeking a dedicated Facility Management Specialist (m/f/d) in Germany to ensure safe, compliant operations handling chemicals, gases, and hazardous substances. You will lead and train the team, coordinate daily activities, and implement proper disposal and documentation in line with internal standards and legal requirements.

Across sites you will manage gas supply, cylinder changes, and cross‑site support, always prioritizing safety, quality, and reliability while guiding new team

Formación

We ensure that our technical departments are reliably supplied at all times with chemicals, process gases, and small containers. To strengthen our Facility Management Team, we are looking for a dedicated specialist (m/f/d) who supports safe and efficient operations with great care and a strong sense of responsibility.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Responsibility for ensuring compliance with all safety‑related regulations, internal standards, and legal requirements when handling chemicals, gases, and hazardous substances – including thorough documentation,
• monitoring, and reporting of any deviations
• Supply of chemicals and small containers, including demand assessment, ordering, transport, and proper distribution
• Disposal of chemicals and empty containers (collection, labeling, residue emptying, further transport)
• Execution of container, drum, and cylinder changes according to work instructions, including documentation and the four‑eyes principle
• Process gas supply throughout the building, including cross‑site assignments (e.g., gas cylinder changes, refilling liquid nitrogen tanks)
