Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams in the design, construction, and commissioning of high voltage substations (AIS & GIS).
• Manage EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) project execution, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and timeline requirements.
• Conduct and lead technical clarification meetings with clients in German.
• Coordinate design reviews, documentation, and interface management between internal teams and external partners.
• Support site activities and ensure alignment between engineering deliverables and on-site implementation.

Our Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC business within the High Voltage / Substation sector (110 kV – 380 kV).
• Fluency in German (C1 level or higher) is mandatory & fluent English is required.
• Proven track record in leading complex infrastructure or energy projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
