Zusammenfassung

HelloFresh in Berlin is seeking a high-calibre Lead - Menu Strategy to drive the global value-added products portfolio, focusing on premium offerings and recipe customization for higher retention and monetization. You’ll partner with Product Development Managers to expand customization and grow basket sizes by adding more items.

You’ll lead multi-market customization opportunities, refine surcharge recipe strategy, and collaborate with Tech on upselling initiatives to boost AOV.

Aufgaben

• Lead the value-added products roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholders across HelloFresh Group's meal kits business and driving monetization (AOV) performance.
• Drive our customization strategy to support expanding our customization assortment in 10+ markets, delivering on ambitious growth and profitability objectives.
• Identify and implement mid-term multi-market customization opportunities based on commercial potential and consumer relevance, such as tailoring recipes to different dietary needs or enabling multi-ingredient customization at scale.
• Build systems for efficient sharing and scaling of best-performing customization types across our different business units.
• Analyze the performance of existing customization types and create business cases and improvement plans to drive commercial growth within our current offering.
• Redefine our surcharge recipes strategy to define a clear value proposition and grow average order value.
• Develop hypotheses and testing frameworks to validate new premium concepts, pricing sensitivity, and menu composition changes.
• Analyze the performance of different surcharge recipe initiatives such as pricing changes, assortment expansion and new premium ingredients.
• Collaborate with Tech on upselling initiatives through improved UI, better discovery of value-added product portfolio, and cross-selling products that lead to incremental improvements in average order value.

The role

We are looking for a high-calibre Lead - Menu Strategy to drive strategic, global improvements in our value-added products portfolio, focusing on premium offerings and recipe customization that leads to higher retention and improved monetization performance. In this role, reporting to the Director of Product Strategy - Menu within the Global Product Strategy and Operations team, you will work closely with Product Development Managers across our global business units to expand our customization capabilities and coverage, introduce new premium concepts that excite our customers, and increase basket sizes through more food items ordered. This is an exciting opportunity for Product Managers with strong analytical abilities to drive the Global team’s future product strategy.

What you’ll do

Lead the value-added products roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholders across HelloFresh Group's meal kits business and driving monetization (AOV) performance

Drive our customization strategy to support expanding our customization assortment in 10+ markets, delivering on ambitious growth and profitability objectives:

• Identify and implement mid-term multi-market customization opportunities based on commercial potential and consumer relevance, such as tailoring recipes to different dietary needs or enabling multi-ingredient customization at scale.

• Review existing portfolio and current positioning and create a new strategy to reposition our surcharge recipe portfolio that feels premium and customers engage with
• Develop hypotheses and testing frameworks to validate new premium concepts, pricing sensitivity, and menu composition changes.
• Analyze the performance of different surcharge recipe initiatives such as pricing changes, assortment expansion and new premium ingredients.

Collaborate with Tech on upselling initiatives through improved UI, better discovery of value-added product portfolio, and cross-selling products that lead to incremental improvements in average order value.
