Andercore in Berlin is seeking a Director Product Management to own a core product area end to end. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll set direction and ship it yourself, reporting directly to the founder.

You will drive discovery with real users, define success, and ship outcomes with your engineering squad, focusing on growth, automation and margin impact.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in product management with at least 2 at a B2B scale-up.
• Shipped products in an operations-heavy domain: logistics, marketplaces, supply chain, fintech, or similar.
• Fluency with data: you pull your own numbers, define your own metrics, and change course when they tell you to.
• A track record of fast MVP cycles: built, measured, iterated or killed, and you can walk us through the decisions.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features to production is a strong plus.
• Fluent English; German is a plus, not a requirement.

• Not a people-management role on day one. You\'ll lead through the product, with a path to building a team as the org scales.

• Not a strategy-deck job. If your best work lives in slides rather than shipped product, this isn\'t the fit.
