Zusammenfassung

Partner Company is seeking a senior engineering lead to guide two streams of engineering work while remaining hands-on in building production software across backend, frontend, mobile, and cloud technologies.

You will mentor teams, shape architecture, and drive engineering standards, security, and CI/CD practices in a hybrid setup with remote options spanning India and other regions.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering production software with strong full-stack engineering spanning backend, frontend, mobile, and cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing software engineering teams, including people management and coaching.
• Strong experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar across coding, testing, and code reviews.
• Full-time opportunity with a hybrid working model and remote options available in India.
