Zusammenfassung

Cofinity-X seeks a visionary Machine Learning leader to guide our ML team in Europe, architect the training and fine-tuning of sovereign AI models, and set the strategic direction for our ML roadmap and dataspace technology.

You will collaborate with product teams to define ML architectures for market-ready solutions, recruit and mentor engineers, drive open-source contributions, and foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture while scaling the team across locations.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related discipline (PhD a plus).
• 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, ideally with experience in federated learning.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical projects and people.
• Proven experience working with product teams to bring ML products to market.
• Deep understanding of modern ML infrastructure, LLMs, and AI tooling.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills and comfort working with senior leaders.
• Strong interest in sovereign AI and dataspace technology (Catena-X, Gaia-X, IDSA).
• Track record of open-source contributions and understanding of how open-source projects work.

Your profile
