Zusammenfassung

Titan Wind Energy (Germany) GmbH sucht eine/n Lead Maintenance & Operations Supervisor für eine neue, hochmoderne Oberflächenbehandlungsanlage in Cuxhaven. Sie sind verantwortlich für den Betrieb, Wartung und Optimierung der Technik, arbeiten eng mit dänischen und deutschen Kollegen zusammen und gestalten Wartungsstrategien.

Während der Inbetriebnahme arbeiten Sie temporär in Varde, Dänemark, danach wird der Arbeitsort dauerhaft in Cuxhaven sein.

Qualifikationen

• Technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung im Betrieb/Unterhalt automatisierter Produktionsanlagen.
• Verständnis von Automatisierung, SPS-Steuerungen und industriellen Anlagen.

Aufgaben

• Täglicher Betrieb der Anlage sicherstellen und stabile 24/7-Produktionsprozesse gewährleisten.
• Präventive Wartung und Optimierung von Produktionsausrüstung.
• Fehlerbehebung bei automatisierten Systemen und Installationen.
• Aufbau und Leitung eines kleinen technischen Teams.
• Zusammenarbeit mit externen Lieferanten und Servicepartnern.
• Teilnahme an FAT/SAT, Tests und Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagenkomponenten.
• Dokumentation, Nachverfolgung und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit dänischen und deutschen Kollegen bei Betrieb, Wartung und Optimierung.
• Mitwirkung an Wartungsstrategien und Ersatzteilmanagement.

Lead Maintenance & Operations Supervisor for a New State-of-the-Art Surface Treatment Plant in Cuxhaven

Ziel der Position:

Would you like to help build and operate one of Europe's most modern surface treatment plants?

We are looking for a technically strong and committed Lead Maintenance & Operations Supervisor for our new high-tech surface treatment facility in Cuxhaven, Germany.

You will be a key person in the establishment and subsequent operation of a highly automated production facility, with a focus on high uptime, quality, safety, and efficient operations.

During the start-up and commissioning phase, you will work at our facility in Varde, Denmark, for an expected period of approximately six to twelve months. This will be a temporary assignment. After commissioning, your permanent contractual workplace will be our factory in Cuxhaven, Germany.

As Lead Maintenance & Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring high operational stability and optimal utilisation of the plant's technical installations.

Among other things, you will work with:

• Responsibility for the daily technical operation of the surface treatment plant
• Preventive maintenance and optimisation of production equipment
• Troubleshooting of automated systems and technical installations
• Ensuring high uptime and stable 24/7 operations
• Building and managing a small technical team
• Cooperation with external suppliers and service partners
• Participation in FAT, SAT, testing and commissioning of new equipment
• Documentation, follow-up and continuous improvements
• Cooperation with Danish and German colleagues on operations, maintenance and production optimisation
• Participation in the development of maintenance strategies and spare parts management

Ihr Profil:

We imagine that you have a technical background, for example as:

• Automation Technician
• Industrial Electrician
• Marine Engineer
• Production Technologist
• Mechanic with experience in automated systems
• or a similar technical education

In addition, we would like you to:

• Have experience with the operation and maintenance of automated production facilities
• Have a good understanding of automation, PLC controls and industrial process plants
• Be structured and systematic in your approach to work
• Be able to work both operationally and tactically
• Thrive on responsibility and be able to take ownership of technical challenges
• Have experience with or an interest in managing employees
• Be motivated by achieving results through collaboration

Experience with surface treatment, painting, process plants or chemical production processes is an advantage, but not a requirement, as training will be provided.

Languages

As the position involves close cooperation between Danish and German organisations, it is an advantage if you are proficient in:

• Danish
• German
• English
