BrightPath Kids in the West Loop is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher to work alongside teachers and families, creating a home-away-from-home environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, guided by NAEYC standards.

You will curate developmentally appropriate activities, ensure safety, and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth and education, while maintaining a warm classroom setting and open lines of communication with parents.

Qualifikationen

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field required.
• 1 year of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.
