What You Will Do

1. Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that is needed to support machine learning (ML) use cases from data preparation, training, fine-tuning till serving and monitoring.
2. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and machine learning (ML) teams to support their development, deployment and monitoring efforts.
3. Implement CI/CD pipelines for data science projects using Jenkins, ensuring continuous integration, and efficient deployment of ML models.
4. Mentor data scientists on best practices for development on our platform and code optimizations, fostering a culture of quality and reliability across the data science teams.
5. Provide on-call support for the machine learning and visualization platforms.

Who You Are

1. Expert in MLOps having worked with Sagemaker, Kubernetes or other MLOps stacks.
2. Experience managing critical production infrastructure, ability to use monitoring and logging tools, to diagnose issues. Provide on-call support to platform consumers.
3. Ability to lead initiatives beyond team boundaries, driving organization level changes, ability to write technical documents for architectural changes.
4. Extensive experience with programming in Python including data science libraries such as scikit-learn, Tensorflow, PyTorch and API frameworks like aiohttp, flask.
5. Experience with writing CI/CD pipelines.
6. A generalist programmer mindset, with ability to code cross-language solutions for existing automations.

Awesome to Have

1. Experience with web frameworks like Django and familiarity with full stack development.
