Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in industrial environments.
• Relevant experience with dimensioning utility installations, covering analysis, design, procurement, and realization.
• Experience in feasibility projects is a plus.

Now, we are looking for a Lead Engineer HVAC in our office in Germany.

With a strong experience in industrial environments, you will be able to carry out the design for industrial projects.

Your relevant experience with dimensioning utility installations will allow you to execute the full process, from analysis and design to procurement and realization.

What is the role about?

Your responsibilities include:

• Elaboration of technical deliverables such as specifications, equipment datasheets, hydraulic diagrams, equipment layouts
• Supply the required engineering data systematically to other disciplines (Civil & Structures, Process, Utilities, HVAC, Mechanical & Piping, E&I, Automation)
• Manage the spatial coordination of process equipment and pipelines on the project layout and 3D models, in collaboration with the Draft & Design team
• Delegate and supervise the IPS back-office team supporting detailed design and 3D modelling
• Support project management during procurement with technical expertise
• Supervise authorship and contract management during realization
• Respect project budgets and deadlines
• Report to Project Manager and Engineering Manager
• Coordinate technically with other disciplines

Requirements

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Relevant experience with dimensioning utility installations, covering analysis, design, procurement, and realization
• Fluent in English and German
• Willing to relocate within Germany
• Experience in feasibility projects is a plus
• Knowledge of sustainable solutions and other utilities (fire protection, drains, electrics) is a plus
• Software skills: Microsoft Office, HAP, AutoCAD; REVIT MEP is a plus
• Teamplayer with good communication skills, supervisory ability
