Join us as our new Lead Delivery Manager and shape how we deliver digital banking products at scale. In this role, you will manage and grow a team of Delivery Managers working across different business areas and locations. Your focus will be to create clarity, establish effective frameworks, and position Delivery Management as a trusted partner for product teams and company leadership. With your leadership and organizational skills, you’ll foster collaboration, support your team’s development, and drive continuous improvement in how we deliver value.
Additional skills and mindsets (a plus): workshop facilitation, agile working methods, problem-solving, results orientation, empathy, analytical thinking, and project management experience.
