Jobtailor in Düsseldorf is seeking a Senior Leader to head the Data & Analytics team, shaping strategy and delivering scalable data solutions across the business.

You will drive data engineering, data warehouse architecture and BI, partner with executives, CTO, IT, and business units, and spearhead automation and AI initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience in technical and line management of data, analytics or engineering teams.
• Technical and conceptual expertise in data engineering & data warehouse architectures as well as in analytics & business intelligence.
• Strong architectural and systems understanding.
• Practical experience with modern data & analytics stacks (e.g. Python, MS SQL, dbt, Docker, Power BI, SSIS, Airflow/Dagster).
• Ability to present technical complexity in an understandable way.
• Experience building or further developing scalable data & analytics structures.
