The BIM/VDC Manager leads the digital delivery strategy for modular projects, ensuring integration of design, fabrication, and construction through BIM and VDC methodologies to optimise modularisation, coordination and delivery.

• Define and implement BIM/VDC strategy aligned with modular project requirements
• Lead digital coordination across engineering, fabrication and construction teams
• Manage and coordinate federated models across disciplines (MEP, structural, architectural)
• Ensure clash detection, constructability review and overall coordination
• Enable integration of design models into manufacturing processes (DfMA) and prefabrication workflows, including design optimisation
• Integrate BIM with scheduling (4D), cost control (5D) and logistics, and drive BIM adoption across project teams

Show your expertise

• Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
• 5-10 years of professional experience in a BIM/VDC environment
• Strong proficiency in BIM modeling tools, particularly Revit with a focus on Revit MEP
• Experience in interdisciplinary coordination and working with federated models
• In-depth knowledge of clash detection, model review, and coordination processes
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to actively support project and engineering teams
