Are you interested in managing significant high-tech construction projects in future-oriented sectors such as biopharma and life science industry? Then you've come to the right place! As a Construction Manager MEP (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the smooth execution of complex EPC projects or sub-projects

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Construction management of high-tech industrial projects with focus on MEP (e.g. electrical systems)
• Ensuring that construction projects are carried according to schedule and a high level of quality
• Meetings and correspondence with subcontractors and technical contact for our customers
• Responsibility for coordinating construction participants and subcontractors, as well as leading the constructionsite team
• Schedule planning and monitoring construction progress
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
• Conducting site inspections and acceptance inspections
• Recording defects and tracking defect resolution progress
• Measurement creation and billing for construction projects

Show your expertise

• Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master's or technician qualification), or a completed degree in civilengineering, architecture, building services engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in construction management
• Good knowledge of building codes, local regulations and standards
• Willingness to travel within D-A-CH region and to stay on site for 5 days during project assignments
• Intercultural competence, team spirit and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in German, both written and spoken to ensure an effective communication with German-speakingstaff and authorities, good English skills would be a plus
• Valid German driver's license Class B

What we offer

• Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (Meister/Techniker (m/w/d)) oder Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
• Fundierte Erfahrung in der Bauüberwachung technischer Gewerke – idealerweise im Industrie- oder Anlagenbau
• Kenntnisse der VOB, Baugesetze, DIN-Normen und relevanter Vorschriften
• Sicheres Auftreten, Teamgeist und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit auf der Baustelle
• Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der D-A-CH Region (5-Tage-Woche am Projektstandort)
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Führerschein Klasse B
